BITTERS WORKSHOP WITH EMILY HAN

Craft your own bitters while learning about traditional and modern uses of bitters in cocktails and herbal remedies. 

In this hands-on workshop you’ll sip a cocktail, taste a variety of bitters for inspiration, and play with botanicals like herbs, roots, seeds, bark, and flowers to create your own unique blend. You will make and take home a personalized bottle of bitters and a jar of versatile citrus bitters, plus the confidence and inspiration to creatively use bitters on your own! 

The workshop will be followed by a book signing. Books will be available for sale, or you're welcome to bring any copies you already own.

Participants must be 21+

*Please arrive 15 minutes early and check in at the Poketo store inside The Line Hotel. Valet parking is available at the hotel at a reduced rate of $10 for workshop attendees. Otherwise, there is offsite street parking available nearby.
